YOUTH MINISTRY
The Southern Ghana Union Conference Youth Department is assisted in its work by the Adventist Youth (AY) Council, which is an advisory of all the Church Conference leaders. The SGUC Youth Department and the AY council serve Senior Youth Ministries which comprises of Ambassador and Young Adults Ministries, Junior Youth Ministries, Pathfinder and Adventurer ministries within the Union territory.

Statement
To lead the young people of Southern Ghana Union Conference into a saving personal relationship with Jesus Christ that will inspire them to embrace His call to global discipleship through the power of the Holy Spirit.
Spiritual Empowerment
Spiritual empowerment for evangelism via intentional implementation of the youth department curriculum for the various divisions/clubs.
Social Empowerment

Financial Empowerment
Financial empowerment of the young people via trade/skills acquisition training programs.
Physical Empowerment
